The customer care of this dental office exceeded all of my expectations. Wonderful, friendly, courteous staff of people.Dr. Baer performed my dental implant. He described the procedure and communicated openly with me. He carried out the procedure with exceptional skill. No pain, mild discomfort, no loss of sleep. Dr. Baer is awesome. My personal dentist referred me to him for my third consult regarding a dental implant. The whole experience was wonderful...from initial consult to the procedure. Dr. Baer is kind, gentle, talented, funny and very patient focused. The implant went as promised...virtually pain free. He talked to me through out explaining everything as he proceeded. My personal dentist also attended the implant as he had taken a course with Dr. Baer. Dr. Baer provided my dentist with the procedural information but never forgot that I was there and talked to me too. I was very nervous about having this procedure but will now recommend to anyone who asks and specifically recommend Dr. Baer. He is wonderful. Thanks so much.

Patient Review 5:
If you're looking for an assembly line, move them in, move them out, operation, you will be disappointed with Dr. Baer's office. The facilities, staff and attention to detail are all A1. During the initial exam, he was thorough and explained all my options. Appointments are scheduled to allow minimum wait time in the outer office. He performed two extractions and completed two implants on my follow up visit. I had no pain, discomfort or swelling during or after the procedure. His staff is courteous and efficient. Insurance forms, billings and appointments were processed by his staff with out any problems. I am looking forward to my next implant procedure.
About Hygienist: Dr. Baer assistant, Cheryl, made the entire procedure pleasant and carefree. She is not only personable but competent. She assisted Dr. Baer during the implant procedure. They work as a well sychornized team which made the procedure proceed quickly and smoothly. Her demeanor made me not only comfortable but I felt like a guest rather than a patient.

I only met Dr. Baer on my first visit. After that, I never saw him again. He seemed like a good guy but his business has gone down hill lately.
About Hygienist: Ann routinely cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job. She was the reason I actually looked forward to my dental appointments! Sadly, she had to leave to take care of more pressing needs. When she left, the atmosphere seemed to change as well. The new receptionist is NOT worth what they pay her. I've never met a more displeasing person! The person who cleaned my teeth last time seemed like a temp hire and not really sure of what she was doing. Two year ago I would recommend them but now I'd tell people to stay away - it's not worth it to through away your money here.

I was referred to Dr. Baer by another Dentist and I have been completely satisfied. He is kind, thorough, and takes time to explain what he is doing and answers questions. I am very uneasy about the dentist generally, but I have to say that with him and his staff I am now relaxed about having work done. They are also the fastest team in the west, I am always amazed at how quickly they are done with fillings, or whatever work is being done that day. The office staff will call to remind you about appointments, they welcome you promptly, I have to say there is nothing that they need to improve. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
