In all my 76 years, Dr. Malin has become my most favorite dentist. She is such a friendly, calm, and genuine person that I feel very comfortable with her. She was referred to me by my fiance who has also received excellent treatment from Dr. Malin. The procedures she provided were two front teeth porcelain crowns and one lower gold crown. And recently, I received the 6 month cleaning service. The office itself is very clean, comfortable and a pleasure to visit. Because of the discounts offered, the cost was less than my previous dentist's charges. Dr. Malin and Alex went out of their way to make sure I received my crowns permanently placed before I left for a trip last year. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Although my last dentist was good, it was so great to have Dr. Malin's "small hands" working in my mouth, as opposed to bigger ones.

All the support staff are also terrific and "smiling" suits them one and all. No one has ever been anything but nice and cheerful.

I, as a child remember the "old Dental office". I was dragged in by my mom, and dreaded every minute!! I hate needles, and still do!! The memories of the needles sitting in a glass gar next to the chair I sat in still haunt me.

I have 3 sons, who are now adults. My oldest was the one who gave my Dr. Malin's phone number. This is a son who when he went to another dentist soacked his shirt in sweat.

He told me "Mom, I have been going to Dr. Malin in Des Plaines, and I think you should really try her out. I feel like home when I am there".

That was enough for me. I called , made an appointment, and I too felt so comfortable. The entire staff is awsome! ! I hadnt been to the dentist in a very long time. Alex was very very reassuring when I called and made my appointment. All of the staff was very kind and very patient with me. I have a very sensitive gag reflex and they were all very kind and comforting helping me get my xrays and and cleaning. I had four teeth with soft spots and had to come back to have them cleaned and filled. Dr Malin was very nice and gentle, originally 2 appointments were made for the fillings, but she when she finished the first 2 she was very nice and went ahead and filled the other two so I wouldnt have to come again. I was VERy anxious and had calmed down enough so she could finish the work.

I took a chance by just finding a dentist in my area that was on my dental program. Everybody likes to get a referral from a friend, I just wasn't having any luck finding anyone with a dentist in the area. Dr. Malin and her staff was so friendly, and had wonderful new equipment. I thought it was really cool that they have this digital photography that took an acurate picture of all the sections of my teeth and showed instantly on the screen. Dr Bianca Malin is the nicest doctor I know. She has been our family dentist for 4 years and has always been very detailed in taking care of my teeth. Dr. Malin has implanted a major tooth, performed tooth whitening, and most recently cleaned out decay in three teeth, replacing with current procedure filing material. The decay removal was by lasrer, fast, absolutely painless, no recovery time, no post dental work inconveniences.

Cost seemed fair to me. In addition, I had about 50% in dental insurance coverage plus the full payment 5% discount.

Alex is certainly well versed on computers and the use of them adds a level of modern professionalism to Dr.Malin's professionalism.
