Dr. Verionica is the best dentist I've ever had. I've referred at least half a dozen co-workers to her, and they all rave about her and the experience. It is the highest level of customer service I have EVER experienced from any medical or dental practice. I first went to her back in 2005 after not having been to the dentist in a very long time. The personal attention and caring she and her office displayed were phenomenal. I was amazed. Her work was outstanding,- very little pain, a complete explanation of what she was doing, why she was doing it, all delivered with a fabulous chair-side manner. After each visit, she and her office manager sit down and explain the billing process, next steps. They walked me through everything, and it was so incredibly easy. I am what the service industry would call a "RAVING FAN".. After three years, the service level remains sky high. The experience from start to finish is consistently excellent... including hand-written thank you notes for patients I've referred. If you need a dentist in this area, look no further. My husband and I are moving to the East Coast soon - but I'm not switching dentists - I will fly back to see Dr. Veronica.
